Our quinoa is grown organically in India and Nepal and is pre-washed (triple wahsed) so, has no bitterness taste. Quinoa can be eaten in salads, soups or as a light side dish or can be mixed with sprouts, micro greens or oats. But should be boiled like rice before eating.
